About these terms

Gydeon is operated by Dwello LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gydeon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to this website, demonstrations arranged with our team and Gydeon’s own business communications. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use these offerings.

Paid services and access to connected property systems are governed by a separate customer agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms on the services it covers. Submitting an enquiry does not purchase a service, create a subscription or authorize access to your systems.

Using this website

Use the website to learn about Gydeon, contact our team and arrange a conversation. Provide accurate details and only information you are authorized to share. If you act for a business, you must have authority for the requests you make on its behalf.

Do not use the website or a demo to impersonate someone, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, introduce malicious software, interfere with others’ access or attempt to access systems or information without permission. We may restrict access to address misuse or a security risk.

Demonstrations and service scope

Website animations show example workflows; they do not place real calls, contact vendors, make payments or create appointments. A live demonstration arranged with our team may include actual calls, texts or other agreed actions using the participants and information authorized for that demo. Do not provide another person’s contact details for testing unless you have the necessary permission.

Examples do not guarantee a particular outcome or that every illustrated workflow is available for every customer. Available features, integrations, permitted actions and approval requirements are determined by the agreed service scope.

Communicating with Gydeon

When you contact us, we use your details to respond, arrange requested demos and coordinate the services or support you seek. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The website enquiry form does not enroll you in text messages, and accepting these terms is not consent to SMS or automated calls.

Demos and services may involve AI-generated voices or messages. Required permissions for automated calls or texts are obtained separately. If a call is recorded or transcribed, we provide notice and obtain consent as required by applicable law. You may ask our team about the interaction before participating.

Gydeon SMS terms

Gydeon, operated by Dwello LLC, uses text messaging for enquiry follow-ups, demo scheduling and reminders, requested AI workflow demonstrations, customer support and service coordination. If you separately agree to promotional texts, messages may also include Gydeon product updates or offers. The invitation to opt in identifies the sender and the message types covered by your permission.

• Your permission. Participation is voluntary. We obtain the consent required for the messages being sent, including prior express written consent for promotional texts where required. Providing a phone number, requesting a demo or being an existing customer is not blanket marketing consent. Permission for service messages does not automatically include promotional messages. You do not need to agree to marketing texts to purchase a service.
• Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your requests, demo activity and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
• Stopping texts. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also tell our team that you want messages to stop; we honor other clear opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
• Help. Reply HELP or contact connect@gydeon.ai for assistance.
• Your number. Use a number you are authorized to provide. Tell us if it changes or you no longer control it so we can update your communication preferences.
• Delivery. Text delivery depends on carrier networks and coverage and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies.

Communications on a customer’s behalf

Property management companies may use Gydeon to communicate with their tenants, prospects, vendors and other contacts. Those communications identify the business on whose behalf they are sent and are subject to that business’s notices, permissions and applicable program terms. Permission to receive a client’s messages does not enroll you in Gydeon’s own promotional messages.

The customer is responsible for authorizing its workflows and obtaining the permissions needed for its contacts. Gydeon’s own responsibilities remain governed by applicable law and its agreement with that customer. These website terms do not replace the customer’s privacy notice, SMS terms or agreement with you.

AI outputs and important decisions

AI-generated information can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important outputs and use the approvals and checks agreed for your workflow before relying on them for significant decisions. The website does not provide legal, tax or financial advice, and a demo does not establish a professional advisory relationship.

Gydeon’s website and demo channels are not emergency services. For an emergency, contact emergency services or the appropriate emergency property contact directly.

Content and third-party services

Website content, branding and software belong to Dwello LLC or their respective owners. You may view and use the website for its intended business purposes; this does not transfer ownership of the content or grant rights to our trademarks. You retain ownership of information you submit. Providing it allows us to handle it for your request as described in our Privacy Policy, not to claim ownership of it.

External services, including scheduling tools, have their own terms and privacy notices. Review those terms when using their services. References to third-party products do not, by themselves, imply endorsement or a partnership.

Availability and legal rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Website information and demos are not a warranty of a particular service result. Binding commitments, pricing, warranties and liability provisions for customer services belong in the applicable agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our offerings or legal obligations change. Updated terms will identify when they take effect, with additional notice where required. A change to these terms does not expand your SMS consent or change a signed customer agreement except through that agreement’s own amendment process.
